One-on-one Consulting: Business Owners

Our one-on-one consulting program focuses on the business owners “keep you up at night” challenges to quickly change the status quo. What follows is a structured strategy and implementation program for longer term growth. Perfect for business owners who want rapid change by leveraging a dedicated consultant and tailored growth strategies.

Sessions are fortnightly for up to two individuals. 


One-on-one Consulting: Senior Leadership Teams

Our SLT offering creates a structured program for businesses with multiple owners or key senior leadership teams. Ideal for building stronger partnerships amongst leaders, or for those companies seeking assistance in up-skilling senior staff members into management positions.

Sessions are fortnightly for up to four individuals. 

Group Sessions

Our group sessions are designed to bring rigour and structure to smaller businesses to help prepare them for rapid growth. You’ll join a small group of business owners, and together with direction from your growth consultant, work through a proven framework that builds the businesses systems from the ground up. 

The Group offering runs to a six month program for up to 6–8 businesses, with sessions held fortnightly. 


Mentoring

Our mentoring program is for individuals in business, whether they be business owners, senior managers, sales professionals, or operational staff. Ideal when needing specific focus in one particular area of the business, or to provide additional support and training to a key team member.

Mentoring sessions are one-on-one and occur once a month.


Workshops

We offer a range of external workshops designed to focus on increasing the performance of a specific area of your business. Workshops can be tailored to address a key challenge, to your team size, or even your location.
